Vermont 50 Kids FREE Fun Race-5 weeks away

10th Annual VT 50 Kids Fun Trail Run or Ride

These FREE fun races gives the kids a chance to feel like they’re part of the Vermont 50 and are
held during Vermont 50 race check-in and packet pick up, starting Saturday, 2:00 p.m.

Bike check-in Noon-1:00 pm in the BIG TENT. and pick up your bib (s).

Bike Ride starts at 2 p.m.

1 mile Bike Ride

2 mile Bike Ride*
Helmets are required for ALL Bike Rides
Bike rides are limited to 25 riders for each ride, first come, first serve.

*2 mile bike ride is for children who are able to bike independently.

The course will be a loop at the start/finish of the VT50 race

The final mile will be the final mile of the VT50.

Kid’s Fun Runs

Saturday Sept. 23-Big Tent

Sign up online ahead of time and just drop off your Waiver sheet and pick up your bib (s).

This race is FREE, however we will gladly accept donations for Vermont Adaptive or look for the donation jar at the Kid’s Race Table on Saturday.

Vermont 50 Registration Opens in One Month!

Vermont 50 Race Registration Opens

May 25, 2017 at 7 p.m. ET

On May 25, 2017 at 7 p.m. ET the Vermont 50 race registration will open for the 25th Annual Vermont 50 Mountain Bike or Ultra Run. As the date gets closer, we’ll show you the new registration website and the best way to navigate it.

NEW for 2017

We’ve also set a $25,000 fundraising goal for our race participants to show our continued support Vermont Adaptive.

If you commit to raise a minimum of $500 before Sept. 12, 2017 , you can avoid race registration on May 25th and will be entered into the race by the Race Director. You must contact the Race Director, Mike before May 25, 2017 at 7 p.m. if you’d like to choose this option.

We hope to see you all in late September, Mike and the Race Committee.

Saturday July 30

Gates Open at Noon

Enjoy live music and Vermont’s biggest open mic stage, hosted by Rick Davis, Bob and Zip. As you groove to the tunes, gather your friends and family to play in a fun and friendly Volleyball and Horseshoe tournament. Purchase food and refreshments from local vendors, and win some great raffle prizes drawn throughout the afternoon.

Turn On, Tune In, Jam Out

Date: Saturday July 30th, 2016
Time: Music and entertainment 2pm-6pm. Gates open at 12pm and close at 8pm
Place: Slopeside at Ascutney Trails (just below the Rope Tow).
In the event of rain, an alternate location will be announced prior to the event.
Cost: $15 pp. Kids 14 and under are free. We encourage you to purchase your tickets online (below) and bring your receipt as proof of purchase for entry. Tickets also available at the gate on the day (cash or check only).
Raffle: $5/ticket or 3 for $10. Bonus! each event ticket includes free 1 raffle ticket.
Camping: Campsites are available for the evenings of Friday 29th and Saturday 30th. Campsites can be booked online (below) in advance and are limited to 25 campsites. For further information on camping, click here.
