Racer Check-in Opens at 5:00 am
Parking is at the Ascutney Mountain Base Lodge, one way in/one way out road. Please follow the signs to designated parking areas and please DO NOT park where it says DO NOT PARK.
THERE WILL BE TRAFFIC, Please plan ahead and leave plenty of time.
Follow the signs to the designated parking area.
Please obey the Volunteer Parking Attendants.
50 Mile pre-race meeting is at 5:30 am SHARP. You must check in the morning of the race to participate.
50 Km pre-race meeting is at 7:30 am.
Novice Clydesdale
The race cut off time for everyone is 6:30 p.m.
Be prepared for a chilly and foggy morning start!
There is a 12 hour limit for the race with 10 Aid Stations at ~ 5 mile intervals. If any competitor arrives at an Aid Station after the posted closing time of the station, they will be requested, urged strongly, and then TOLD to get in the van for free transportation back to the finish area at Ascutney Mountain Resort.
Handler Plaques: These plaques are needed to park at the designated Aid Stations.

Pacer Van:
Pacer Van runs from Cunningham’s Parking lot (The Big Tent) to Aid Station #9 from: 9 am until 4:00 pm every 45 minutes. Pacer need to wear a BIB while on course.
Coventry Catering is served from approximately 11:30 AM – 6:45 PM (included in fee for racers).
