Sunday Race Morning
Traffic WILL be an issue, please plan ahead. Please obey our had working volunteers who will get you parks safely and as quickly as possible.
You might consider CARPOOLING. Plan your race strategy, save gas and save a space or two.
Check in and Meeting for 50 milers
Racer Check in opens at 5 a.m.
Racer Meeting at 5:30 a.m. SHARP.
All 50 mile racers must attend and give Bib # to check-in person. (50 mile racers only)

Chip Timing-Start Time
Your time starts when the chip in your Bib/Plaque crosses the timing mat.
Race Finish Time for Everyone
All races are closed at 6:30 p.m.
Start Penalties
If you start in a wave ahead of your designated wave/category/age group: your start time will be moved back to the wave time you were classified in an additional 20 minutes will be added to your finishing time.
Aid Station Closing Times
There is a strict 12 hour limit for the race with 10 Aid Stations at ~ 5 mile intervals.
If any competitor arrives at an Aid Station after the posted closing time of the station, they will be requested, urged strongly, and then TOLD to get in the van for free transportation back to the finish area at Base Camp.
Race Patrol will follow the last competitor into each Aid Station and coordinate with Radio Race Control to track each entrant.
Our purpose is to NOT lose anyone in the woods!!
Pace Times
We ask for the cooperation of those who cannot keep up a pace of 4.16 mph (14 min. 24 sec. per mile)

For online pickup and race weekend retail sales. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.
Awards and Prizes Sunday Afternoon
MT Bikers approx. 1:00 p.m.
50 Km Runners approx 2:00 p.m.
50 Mile Runners approx 3:00 p.m.
Prizes will be awarded to the Top Three in each category only.

Location: Finish Line Time: approx. 11:30 a.m.-6:45 p.m.
Brownsville Butcher and Pantry (included in race registration fee) (provided for race participants, landowners and volunteers only)
Mtn Bikers your wristband or Runners Race Bib pull tab will be your meal ticket.
