Who Wants to Ride in the VT50 SOLD OUT Bike Race?

We miss you all and are thinking about you.
Vermont 50 proudly supports Vermont Adaptive. In our 28 years, we have raised over 2 million dollars to help support this organization.
There are two options to help support Vermont Adaptive during this COVID-19 pandemic
Option 1: We are asking people to raise (or donate) $500 before December 31, 2020 using the link I will provide to you and you will receive:
● one free race entry for the 2021 race
● lunch for 4 at our post race BBQ
● one commemorative t-shirt-made specifically for our fundraisers

Option two: commit to raise a minimum $500 before September 7 at noon ET, you can avoid our race open registration rush on May 25th and will be entered into the race by the Race Director.
Your $500 must be received by Sept. 7 or you will not be able to race with us on the last Sunday of September.
You must contact the Race Director, Mike before May 25 at 7 p.m. if you’d like to choose this option.
Bibs and Bike Plaques Pickup Noon-8 p.m.
BIG TENT 450 Ski Tow Road, Brownsville VT 05037-Ascutney Mountain.
Pick up your runner bibs or bike plaques (and meal ticket wristband for mtn bikers) and chipped timing belt for relay teams.
Participants must each pick up their own bib or plaque.
Photo ID is required to pick up bibs and plaques.
No transferring bib/plaques
No bib /plaque pickup on Sunday-Race Day
Commemorative Race T-shirt Pickup Noon-8 p.m.
Pick up your race participant t-shirt.(included in your registration fee.)
Car Parking Permit Noon-8 p.m..
Register your vehicle so your CREW will be allowed at the three crew access aid station.
No permit, no entrance to aid station parking lot.
You will be given directions to the aid stations where your crew can park.
Drop off your drop bags Noon-8 p.m.
Visit the Drop Bag table to get your drop bag measured and weight.
They will be delivered to the aid station you list on the outside of the bag with your name and bib number.
Information Table Noon-8 p.m.
Visit the Information table to have any questions answered.
Off-Road Adaptive Bike Demo/Race 12:30 p.m.
An adaptive bike race on the hill. Come check out these athletes.
Children’s FREE Fun Races on Saturday Check in Noon- 1 p.m.
These free fun races gives the kids a chance to feel like they’re part of the Vermont 50 and are held during registration, starting Saturday afternoon about 1 p.m.
(Or you can sign up online ahead of time and just drop off your Waiver sheet and pick up your bib(s).
Online registration is open until midnight Sept. 20.

Bike rides are limited to 25 riders for each ride, first come, first serve.
*2 mile bike ride is for children who are able to bike independently.

Price: $16.95 adults, $10.95 children
A portable cash bar will be set up in the ballroom serving beer, wine and soda.
Tickets available at the meal at the ballroom.
Once purchased, each guest will receive their ticket which will be collected at the door when they arrive at the dinner.

Your invitation to register has been sent out and you have until May 23, 2019 at 7 pm ET to take advantage of this offer. This offer is NOT TRANSFERABLE and was sent to the email you used for last year’s race.
You must sign in with the exact name and email you used last year or you won’t be allowed to register at this time.
