Thank You For Supporting Vermont Adatpive

The Vermont 50 2022 race is now closed. The final list of entries is going to the bib/bike plaque chip company.
We hope you got into our race but if you didn’t please consider VOLUNTEERING with us. We could use volunteers for many race tasks. Let us put your SUPER POWERS to good use.
If you have a few hours on Saturday 9/24 or even a few hours on Monday 9/26-we’d love your assistance.
If you have family or friends joining you-maybe they could lend a few hours on Saturday 9/24, Sunday 9/25 or Monday 9/26?
Our camping sites have been spoken for. There may be sites available at local State Parks.
Check our Area Lodging pages so some suggestions.
Ascutney Trails Association is hosting a Trail Day on Sunday, Sept. 11.
Time for an off-mountain Trail Day. Joe’s Jungle needs a bunch of clean-up, as do other sections of the Vermont 50 course.
Meet at “The Triangle” where Bryant Road meets Silver Hill Rd. (about 1600 Silver Hill Rd., West Windsor) at 8:30 on Sunday, 9/11.
Bring string-trimmer, leaf blower, loppers, or rake (and, of course, water, gloves and snack).
We’ll organize into small crews and head out from that central location, expecting to be able to complete our tasks by about noon.
These FREE fun races gives the kids a chance to feel like they’re part of the Vermont 50 and are held during Vermont 50 race check-in and bib pick up Saturday noon-1:45 p.m.

We are running two options to fund-raise for Vermont Adaptive
One includes a free race registration for the 2022 race (avoid the stress and hassle of race registration evening in May!) (Photo courtesy of Vermont Adaptive)
OPTION 1: We are asking people to RAISE (or DONATE) a minimum of $500 before May 1, 2022 using the link our race director will provide to you and you will receive:
● one free race entry for the 2022 race
● lunch for 4 at our post race BBQ
● one commemorative t-shirt-made specifically for our fundraisers
Remember this fundraising option will be closed on May 1, 2022.
Please contact the Race Director, Mike before May 1 at 11:59 p.m.
OPTION 2: commit to raise (or donate) a minimum $500 before September 7 at noon ET, you can avoid our race open registration rush on May 25th and will be entered into the race by the Race Director.
While this option DOES NOT include Free Registration, you will avoid the online stress when the race goes on sale May 25th.
Your $500 must be received by Sept. 7 or you will not be able to race with us on the last Sunday of September.
Please contact the Race Director, Mike before May 25 at 7 p.m. if you’d like to choose this option.
For our local runners-Lebanon Opera House Presents RunNation Film Festival Saturday, April 23 at 6:30 p.m.
Program includes an introduction by Ben True, professional runner for ASICS, and Sarah Goff True, two-time Olympian and Ironman triathlete.
RunNation is the only festival dedicated to showcasing inspirational running films from around the world but it’s more than just tracks and trails, roads and ultras. These short films feature human-interest stories that will inspire runners and non-runners alike to lace up their sneakers and get moving!
This year’s edition features two hours of captivating, heart-pounding films shot on location in New York, New Zealand, and beyond. You won’t break a sweat, but you may wipe away a tear.
This general admission event is appropriate for all ages — everyone is welcome!
