Bib/Bike Plaque Pick Up-Bring a photo ID or snap a pic on your PHONE Race T-shirt pick up Drop Bag drop off (if your crew isn’t carrying them for you) Car Tag/vehicle registrations for your Crew to access the three access aid stations-KNOW YOUR LICENSE PLATE! Race Merchandise Kid Races, Hay Bale Treasure Hunt, Golden Ticket Hunt to win one of two Cannondale kick bikes! Years/Miles Pint Glass Pick Up Silent Auction for a Cannondale Trail Bike (ends at 5 PM Saturday-pick up the bike Sunday!) Vendor Fair Live Music and Lots more.
Also on Saturday evening 5-8 PM Holiday Inn Club Vacations-Pre-Race Dinner (not included in your registration fee) Prepared and hosted by Holiday Inn Club Vacations Mount Ascutney Resort. Where: Mountain View Ballroom, Windham Building, Holiday Inn Club Vacations Mount Ascutney Resort The resort will not be holding a pasta dinner on Saturday night, but will offer 10% off their menu. Start Time Your time starts when the chip in your Bib/Plaque crosses the timing mat.
Start Penalties If you start in a wave ahead of your designated wave/category/age group:
● your start time will be moved back to the wave time you were classified in
● an additional 20 minutes will be added to your finishing time.
Race Finish Time All races are closed at 6:30 p.m. VT50 2023 Course UpdatesCOURSE MARKER DOWNLOAD —There are a few course changes, which will be revealed at our mandatory race meetings on Sunday 9/24 at 5:30 AM for 50M and 7:30 AM for 50K
Part of this re-routing is the result of a landowner not allowing us on their property any longer. That said, YOU MUST NOT RIDE OR RUN ON ANY OF OUR RACE COURSE PRIOR TO RACE DAY In addition, there are horse trail rides planned for Saturday 9/23-so stay off our course, please. We don’t want to lose any more of our sweet trails-and I’m sure you don’t want this either. Volunteers We are always look for volunteers to help out at our race, before, during and after the race. If you have a few hours to give, we’d love to put your energy and skills to good use!
