Parking is at the Ascutney Mountain Base Lodge, one way in/one way out road. Please follow the signs to designated parking areas and please DO NOT park where it says DO NOT PARK.
If you see someone acting VERY HELPFUL in a Neon Orange T-shirt, they are one of our dedicated volunteers! Please, say HI, give them a hand shake, a hug and THANK THEM. I know they will really appreciate it.
Register: BIG TENT-Cunningham’s Lot Noon-8 p.m.
Racers will pick up their registration packets and race t-shirts at the registration area. Please have your ID ready to collect your Bib #.
Drop bags: BIG TENT Information Table
Racers may drop off their drop bags at the Information Table. Drop bags will be handed to the volunteer “Baggage Handler”. Bags must be no larger than 9”x 9” x 16” and weigh less than 10 lbs. Drop bags may be “dropped” off until 8 pm Saturday.
Handler/Crew/Spectator Plaques: BIG TENT Information Table
Racers will pick up their vehicle parking plaque at the Information Table. One Plaque per racer. The plaque will have the racer’s Bib # and Vehicle Plate # on it. Once you pick up you rplaque, your name will be crossed off our master list*. These plaques are needed to park at the designated Aid Stations on Course. Relay Teams-ONE plaque per team.

*If the racer’s vehicle driver will not be around until Sunday morning-the driver may pick up the plaque in the Big Tent near the Pacer Van Shuttle area, still one plaque per racer-the master list will be checked!
Pacer Bibs and Waiver Forms
Register your Pacer at the Info table. They must wear a PACER bib while on course.They will be given a FREE Shuttle van ride on Sunday to Aid Station #9 Stone’s to meet you.
