Vermont 50 Volunteer Information

We need volunteers!VT50 Volunteers 2023

Why? To make this race happen, we need volunteers DURING race weekend and on Friday and Monday for set up and clean up.
Perks You’ll get a commemorative t-shirt, a wrist-band for Sunday post race meal and lots of very cool memories.
Don’t delay-sign up today!
Waiver ALL Volunteers should fill out a race waiver/release form and bring it to either the BIG TENT on Saturday or to your aid station or BIG TENT on Sunday.
 
Volunteering opportunities  include:

Days Before the Race
Packing food boxes days before the race
Trail Marking
Setting up the start/finish (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Setting up aid stations (Saturday night)

Saturday of Race Weekend
Big Tent Set-up
Parking and Traffic Control
Racer Bib/Bike Plaque Pick Up
Drop bag Check-in
Restock Trucks drivers and helpers

Merchandise table
Kids Fun Race Check-in, Trails Guides, Finish Line
Hay Bale Treasure Hunt set up

Sunday Race Day
Early morning trail marking
HAM radio operators
Parking and Traffic Control
Restock Truck drivers and helpers
Aid Stations on course
Aid Stations at finish line
Finish Line Volunteers-water, food restock, trash, awards ceremony
Cleaning up after the awards ceremony
